An original American Europe-Africa-Middle East Medal pin back ribbon bar. The ribbon bears three Campaign Stars, awarded for such campaigns as Sicily, Anzio, Normandy, Central Europe etc. Also has one Arrowhead device denoting the wearer was part of an invasion force. Nice item, not often seen with this many stars, often denotes a more senior officer.
