Shipping policy

All domestic items are shipped by Standard delivery, free of charge.  Lower value items may not be sent via a tracked service.

Low value international order are also sent by Standard service, which will be untracked.  Higher value items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.

All items will be dispatched within three working days, with the exception of our Premium Quality Medals, which may take up to 14 days to dispatch as they are usually made to order, with only very small stocks help.  Naming of these medals may mean an additional 7 days will be required for dispatch.
