Original US Army 75th Infantry Division shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI). The patch would have been worn on the shirts and jackets of US GIs who served in the Service Forces. Original period item, with snowy back. All patches sent are vintage, but they are "NOS" - new old stock that has not been used.
