Part of our Made in England range, this patch has been designed and produced by British craftsmen in the UK. We use either cotton or cotton/polyester blend thread, depending upon the nature of the patch, sewn onto a wool or wool blend felt backing with a 100% cotton base.
Made in small batches so sizing varies, but these are approximately 47mm wide by 31mm high.
Three variations are known, the red gate being standard, the green gate used once III Corps arrived to distinsguish Corps troops from Army troops and the third blue variant remains unexplained.
