Complete with a National Safety First Association, Five Year award for driving Accident Free. Named on the rear to H. CLARKE (note the addition of an E), but it is sterling silver, hallmarked Anchor-G, denoting a Birmingham manufacture in 1931. Medal has 1932 and 1933 date clasps.
