Excellent quality reproduction insignia for the United States 101st Airborne Division. This insignia has been reproduced specifically for Hornbeam Militaria and was created using original reference material, from which we have copied the size, material and colouring. This particular recreation is hand sewn and has been copied from a hand sewn example. The second photo in the listing shows our replica on the left and a typical original patch on the right (at the time of writing, currently for sale by World War Patches). Note it has been created with a rough 'cut' edge, not like some of the lower quality reproductions on the market that have a thickened border which was not present on the originals. Measures 88mm high with a maximum wide of 66mm. Perfect for re-enactment, shadow boxes or framed tributes. |
