Excellent quality reproduction shoulder titles, 'old-gold' thread on a dark navy blue background. These have been meticulously designed by ourselves and produced in-house, utilising original examples, in order to produce a very close replica.
The Heavy Rescue title replaced the 'Rescue' title in mid 1942 and was worn by those men responsible for making sure bombed out structures were safe enough for casualty recovery.
The titles are machine sewn on felt. The style of stitching has been closely mimicked and the patches hand-cut to reflect the practises of the time. As such, sizing may vary slightly, but they are approximately 125mm x 25mm.
Sold singularly, so add two to the basket if one is required for each arm. Also perfect for shadow boxes and framed displays.
