A volunteer organisation, part of the Council of Voluntary War Work, involved in co-ordinating the many volunteer canteens and hostels that operated during the war.
Part of our Made in England range, this patch has been designed and produced by British craftsmen in the UK. We use either cotton or cotton/polyester blend thread, depending upon the nature of the patch, sewn onto a wool or wool blend felt backing with a 100% cotton base.
Made in small batches and cut by hand, so sizing and colours will vary slightly.
